Our client files are stored on our secure client management system. We password protect files and use password protected computer systems, as well as having up to date computerised virus protection software. Access is restricted on our client systems to those within the business who are required to have access to your information for legitimate business purposes.  Hard copy documentation is stored in locked cabinets, in a locked office.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 you have the right to access any information that we hold relating to you.  By using our site or registering or applying with us, you consent to our Privacy Policy.
